We believe it is important to train the MIND as well as the BODY. To train both we live and breathe “THE ATHLETICA WAY OF LIFE”. First things first, it is important to understand that there are no quick fixes. What we put into our bodies, how we train our bodies as well as how we think all play large roles in not only looking great, but feeling great as well!
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
All our workouts are based on functional training. Functional training caters to all fitness levels. Some just need help doing their daily activities without getting injured; others, who are more advanced, need help in achieving more functional muscle to increase performance.
Functional training is different from the rest because instead of isolating one muscle, it works out a few at the same time. Furthermore, it replicates many movements done in daily activities as well as sports. This reduces the amount of injuries over time because the muscles are now built for a purpose instead of simply aesthetics.
