He is a personal trainer that has been involved in the fitness industry for the last 20 years. He has worked at some of Montreal’s greatest fitness centers before starting his own personal trainer business. When he started in the industry, he was a passionate weightlifter that to this day, loves to move heavy weights and achieve goals that he sets for himself.
Like everything in the world of fitness he has evolved over time and throughout the years has learned from some of the best in the industry to bring more to his client’s workout and well being. He is a strong believer of proper technique and makes sure that all his clients either in a personal or group session has good form and performs exercises safely.
He’s certified by the YMCA, Can-fit pro, Concordia University, and also holds a levelone Thai Yoga massage certificate. He likes to tailor the workout that best suits the needs of his clients where it is rehab work that is done in conjunction with their Physio therapists, weight loss programs, or athletic conditioning. In his one on one session or semi-private sessions he likes to do full body workouts by combining both conditioning drills as well as circuits using weights, kettle bells, machines, and pulley stations.
